1 cup margarine, softened Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. On a lightly floured board, roll
dough out to be 1/8 inch thick. Cut or stamp "round" pumpkin shapes.
Place the cookies on lightly greased cookie sheets, baking 8 - 9 minutes
(depending on your oven.) Cool completely on wire racks. Send in the
cookies in a container with your name on it, or use a sturdy cardboard container
that could be thrown out. Frosting Recipe 3 tablespoons of butter or margarine In a small saucepan over low heat, melt butter. (This can also be done in a microwave.) Remove from heat, blend in sugar and vanilla. Add milk gradually, beating with a spoon or wire whisk until the frosting is the desired spreadable consistency. Add in the food coloring.
