Today, we to the Japanese school called Fuchu Dai Ichi, and we all had a great time. The first thing that the Fuchu Dai Ichi students did was the opening ceremony, in which they showed us a lot of the things that they play with and the dance they do to catch herons. It was very interesting. For the crafts, we made a toy that you try to keep spinning for a long time.  It was very difficult for most of the students that were from ASIJ but the Japanese students were like champions, it was amazing! Then we had a tour of the school and we saw that they had many beautiful paintings on the walls. After that we had lunch, which was soup, orange juice, milk, something that was a little like quiche, kiwi, and a little pancake-like thing that had whip cream with lemon flavor in it. Then we went back to the gym and played with Japanese toys. That was hard too, but we all had lots of fun. Then was the closing ceremony. After that, we went out and they all cheered and waved and that was all. My favorite activity was making the spinning toys because I liked how challenging it was. Only a couple people got it. I only understood how to do it after we left. We were all laughing when it was time to stop, because we were all so bad! I think it went very well with Wakako as the host. I understood most of what she said, and we both had a wonderful time together. I wish that I could see her again some time. Being with her makes me feel happy. This visit was like the one when they came to our school because they both made crafts and had opening and closing ceremonies. We had the same buddies, but this time the opposite person was the host, and they served us lunch. This will definitely be one of the thing that I will remember about Japan because I learned a lot from it and I had lots of fun while meeting my buddy.
