Today we visited our Fuchu Daiichi buddies and I thought we had a splendid day. After we got of the bus, we found our buddies by finding the symbol that represented our two groups. Our buddies then showed us the way to the gym and we had the opening ceremony. Then they led us to their classroom and we made fun Japanese toys. At recess we split by classes and played an exciting game of dodge ball. After lunch and the closing ceremony we got on the bus and returned to ASIJ. My favorite part of the day was when we went to the gym and spun some koma (top). I liked them because it was fun to try to spin. Me and Brad had a fun time trying to make a top go. Today was different than when I was the host because I didn't have any pressure. For example I didn't have to get art materials ready. This visit was like theirs because we both had recesses. We also had opening and closing ceremonies. Our visits were different because we ate in their cafeteria but they ate in our MPR. It was also different because our recess was less organized than theirs. The visit to their school was a great experience for me because I have never been inside of a real Japanese school. It is something I will always remember.
