Progressing but Not Yet Meeting Expectations

There is a BIG, FULL COLOR picture in my head.

There is a BLACK AND WHITE picture my head.

There is NO PICTURE in my head.

I know exactly what I want to say.

My important ideas are obvious! I have details only on what I am talking about and have kept similar ideas together.

My ideas are original and put together in new and cool ways.
My ideas are checked, rechecked, and checked by another.
Each one of my separate ideas makes sense all by itself.
My ideas flow like a waterfall, one after another, in a beautiful and exciting way.

I have an idea about what I want to say but it is kind of rough.
I have some main ideas but not all. Sometimes the important ideas are mixed up with some details that are only so-so. Sometimes my details are scattered all over the place.
My ideas are a mix of some original thoughts with some regular type details.
My ideas have been checked but I have some that may be wrong or are my opinion without proof or are not talking about what I am supposed to be talking about.
Sometimes my separate ideas don’t really make sense but most people can get what I am trying to say.
My ideas are like a stream, they do move but only with a few ripples of excitement. Too, there are a few places where the water just pools and goes nowhere.

I can’t even figure out what I want to say or how I want to say it.
I don’t have a plan. There are few main ideas and the other details I have don’t explain things. What I have is like, " I had to get something quick and it didn’t matter what."
My ideas are pretty dull. They don’t say much or go on and on and on. They can be very unclear or vague. There is little that is new or interesting.
It is very obvious that I didn’t check my ideas. There is no difference between important ideas, unimportant ones or even ones that are not connected to what I thought I was talking about.
A lot of my separate ideas have parts missing or don’t make sense.
My ideas are like a frozen pond. They are a block that no-one can dive into.
