Myths, Folktales,  Fairy Tales

This site is a multi-grade resource for learning about and writing myths, folktales and fairytales. The Grades one to three site explores fairy tales and you can meet  Jon Scieska (author of "The True Story of the Three Little Pigs") and Diane Good (author and illustrator of   Cinderella: The Dog and her Little Glass Slipper.") Grades 3 to 5 can access a host of links on folk tales. Students in grades 6 through 8 students learn about myths.
