Below you will find guidelines to help your organize your
project.

Create a folder for your group in the O drive> Grade 5>
Class Folder> in the Colonial Newspaper Folder, the folder should
be named after your colony.

Save all your images and word documents in this folder
-
When creating a Newspaper in
Microsoft Publisher.
only have it
open on one machine, and collectively copy and past your articles and image onto
the Publisher document.

Save frequently.
-
Cite all your sources both text and images.

Read the below Rubric or
download it as a group and periodically refer to it to
make sure you are on track.

Before printing a black and white copy edit your articles and
layout as a group.

Print a Black and White copy for the other colonies in your
class.

Make sure each team member has a saved copy of your newspaper in
their Electronic Portfolio Folder.

Print one color version for each member of your group.
