You will first select a Native American Tribe you feel
interested in. Go to the Resources Link for
websites and our ES
Library for books which will help you make you decision.
-
Once you have selected your Native American Tribe start
collecting information which will help you answer the
key questions which are described in the task.
-
Take notes in
Microsoft Word
and make sure to keep a bibliography of where you are collecting your
information. All information needs to be
properly cited.
-
From your notes create an outline of your ideas using either
Microsoft Word Outliner or
Inspiration.
-
Keep a copy of your notes and outline to be handed in with your
final research project.
-
Check the Rubric for the Research
Project to make sure you are on task.
-
From your outline and notes write your research report using the
guiding questions (see task link)
-
This needs to be written in your own words, include five or more
cited sources in a bibliography (only two
internet sources accepted the others need to come from ES
