One morning I set on a journey. My mom gave me a sword that was magic. My Dad gave me a spear and shield. He said the horse was outside. I opened the door. I jumped on the horse. My Mom and Dad got ready and jumped on horses. My brother got on one too. My horse led the way. Second was my brother. My Mom and Dad were a tie. There was a huge tree! I cut it down. My horse was charging at something.

"Haa what’s that?" I asked.

"It’s a river. Look there is a path. We can cross it easily," said my little brother.

"Last one in is a rotten egg," I said.

"First."

"Second."

"Third."

"Fourth."

"Me first," I said. "I am on the bridge. Now it’s your turn Kris," I said.

Kris said, "It’s your turn Mom."

My mom said, "It’s your turn Dad. Are we all here? Yes we are all here."

"Good now let’s go hurry up horsey. Stop!"

"Look there is a Ninja castle guarding it."

The guard said, "Who are you?"

"I am Bryce," I said.

My mom said, "I am Sara."

My dad said, "I am Bryan."

My brother Kris said, "I am Kris."

The guard said, "Give me your weapons. Then you can pass through."

We gave our weapons to the weapon keeper. He put our weapons in a closet full of other weapons.

Another guard took us to our room. I went into my room. My mom went into her room. My brother went into his room and my dad went into his room. Then we heard Thup! Hup! Thup! We put the alarm on. The weapon door swung open! Everybody get your weapons!

Everybody got their weapons.

"Attack now people. The oni is coming."

"Now Bryce open the horse door now!"

I opened the horse door.

"Everybody get on your horses now!"

I got on my horse. My mom got on her horse. My brother got on his horse. My dad got on his horse. The other people got on their horses.

"Samurais attack!"

The samurais attacked the oni."

"Three people stay here to protect the king."

Two people said, "We will!"

"Okay, perfect. Bryce will you please open the door to the horses?"

I opened the door. The guard took the horses and put them in there. When we went looking the oni trapped us. He tried to trap me, but he couldn't trap me. I was too fast and smart. While the man oni was not looking I unlocked the trap.

"Everyone go now!"

My magic sword cut the oni's trap.

The oni ran away. The people were happy. The king gave me his crown. And we went home.
