Once
upon a time there was a castle. In the castle lived a Princess
and a King. They wanted something very much, a boy. When the
Princess went to the lake to have a swim she saw a peach in the
water. The Princess took the Peach back to the castle. The King
was going to cut it open. Suddenly the peach broke open. In the
peach was a baby boy.
The King said, "His name is Momotaro."
As Momotaro grew up he became very strong.
One night when the princess was sleeping the dragon sneaked into the castle and stole the princess. When Momotaro woke up he realized that the princess was gone. We found the king and woke him up. Momotaro told him what had happened.
The king said, "Wait until its your birthday. It’s only tomorrow."
The next day Momotaro got a magic hammer. He didn’t know how to use it. He tried to make it explode. It never went. After one year. There was a note on their front porch. The note said Don’t open until tomorrow.
It must be a birthday present. Wait until tomorrow to open it.
The next day he opened the box. He got instructions for the magic hammer. Then he went to the cave and Momotaro had a battle. Momotaro won. He brought the treasures back and the princess too. The king was very happy. And they lived happily ever after.
