Spotted Hyena

The color of hyena's fur is brown with black spots. He is 55 inches long and 35 inches tall, and 175 pounds. He eats other small hyenas, antelope and he is a scavenger. That means he steals food from other animals. He lives in open savvanahs or clans. The mother has about 3 pups. The hyena has strong teeth and claws. When they are born they are black. They patrol the field where they are.
