What happens to it after it is caught?

The fish are brought in by the trawlers which are far out at sea. The fish they catch is sorted on board. Some trawlers stay at sea for a week or more so when they catch the fish it is stored in freezers on the boat. When the boat is full it sails back to boat stop and is unloaded. They sell it to a store
