What type of foods do Japanese make from fish?

Sushi is a special food it can be made by tuna, shrimp, squid, eel, salmon, sea urchin, yellowtail. Fish oil is made out of a lot of fish. Fish eggs are used for sushi. Sea weed is a special food for miso soups. Cat food is made from fish.
