What is grown on
this island? Where?
They grow rice and vegetable crops. They
grow them on terraces, flat land and farms in the northeast .
They grow rice, tea, tobbaco, sweet potatoes, oranges, mikan,
lemons and grapefruit. In the north west and the coast is where
rice is grown. In the northwestern part oranges , lemons and
pears are grown in the middle. In the southeast and the southwest
is where sweet potatoes are grown.
