What is grown on
this island? Where?
They grow rice and vegetable crops. They
grow them on terraces, flat land and farms in the Northeast. They
grow rice, tea, tabacco, sweet potatoes, oranges, mikans, lemons
and grapefruit. In the northwest and the coast is where rice is
grown. In the north western part of Kyushu oranges and lemons and
pears are grown in the middle of Kyushu. In the southeast and the
southwest is where sweet poatatoes are grown.
