The Flamingo

Flamingos are 5 1/4 feet tall. They weigh 5 to 9 pounds. Flamingos are pink or red, it depends on what they eat. Flamingos have long necks and long legs. Flamingos live in water. Flamingos eat algae, protists, and small invertebrates. Flamingos have only one egg. The flamingos protection is living in colonies. Flamingos are wading birds. That means that they only go into the water so it will go up to their knees.
