Parent checklist and information for
athletic participation.
1. Submit a recent physical to the health center. A
current physical (within one year) should be on record prior to the
student trying out for a sports' team. The
health forms will need to be completed before participation.
2. Complete and submit other required forms:
medical emergency and base clearance
at the beginning of your child's season.
3. Familiarize yourself with base clearance procedures if your child
will be participating in events on any of the military bases. (see
below)
4.Submitted forms will be valid for the full school year.
High School athletes will practice 4-5 times per week as well as compete
in regularly scheduled contest 1-3 times per week, depending on the
sport. Schedules are available on-line for your information. Weekly to
bi-weekly updates are
published each Tuesday that include travel information as well as any
last minute changes.
Middle and Elementary school athletes will workout 3 times per week.
Generally the younger athletes will have one contest per week, usually
on Saturday. Schedules, travel arrangements, and updates are all
available on-line at MOL.
