                 Judge's Ballot for ORIGINAL INFORMATIVE SPEECH

Category Instructions: 4‑6 minutes. Speaker's stand optional. Note cards only (no manuscript) which will be checked by the judges before speech. Quotes may be written out. Emotional and dramatic appeal to be kept to a minimum. May have humorous tone. Visual aids optional.

Judges:     If all criteria are checked student must be recommended.

                  No student can be recommended unless all criteria are checked.
