REQUEST FOR TRANSCRIPT
Important Notice For Summer 2010
The
Registrar’s Office will be completely closed for the summer
from June 25, 2010 through August 23, 2010.
No official transcripts will be issued during this period.
If you need one, please submit your online request
by Monday, June 21, 2010.
Mrs. Yinsei Chitani, the registrar at The American School in Japan, manages all the paperwork for college applications, as well as transcript requests for alumni and students leaving ASIJ.
To request a transcript, please:
1. Email her with your name, date of birth, and years of attendance at ASIJ.
2. Then provide the name and address of the college or colleges where you wish her to send transcripts.
