Most of us live in Tokyo without knowing much about the history and tradition of this exciting city.  Formerly called Edo, Tokyo has many historic sites.  Student who wish to experience the culture of Edo and learn a little about the history of this city will definitely find this trip worthwhile.  The trip will give students and especially newcomers to Japan a brief introduction to the major historic Edo sites of the city including the Meiji Shrine, the Imperial Palace, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, the Yasukuni Shrine, the Asakusa area and the Edo-Tokyo Museum.
