Tokyo Day Tripping

Tokyo Bay, Mt. Takao

This is a trip for new students to Japan and anyone else unfamiliar with parts of Tokyo outside of Roppongi, Shinjuku, and Shibuya.  The first day we explore modern "new town" Odaiba on Tokyo Bay and then take a boat ride to Kasai Rinkai Koen Sea Park on the other side of Tokyo Bay.  The second day is spent hiking, riding a cable car and exploring the top of Mt. Takao--a little mountain in older, rural West Tokyo.
