Has over 30 years of experience in the analysis, design, implementation and management of redesigned business processes within healthcare, financial, publishing, sales and services environments.

Currently a member of the Perot Systems Healthcare eSolutions team, using the web to link health care organizations with their customers.

Prior to joining Perot Systems, was Manager of Organization Development and Training at the Washington Post for 16½ years, where he built the role of internal organizational effectiveness consultant to various business units of the newspaper.

After graduating from the University of Utah, joined the Federal Government in progressively responsible jobs in the Civil Service Commission, the Smithsonian Institution, the Census Bureau and the Department of Housing and Urban Development before moving on to The Post.

Married, with four grown children. Lives in Northern Virginia near Washington, D.C. Builds web sites, raises Samoyeds and watches soccer as hobbies.
