The Pacific Northwest Seismograph Network (PNSN)
This searchable site contains up-to-date information about geologic hazards in Oregon and the state of Washington. Fire and Mud: Eruptions and Lahars of Mount Pinatubo, Philippines
This site describes the 1991 eruption of Mt. Pinatubo and the extensive mudflows which followed in 1991-1992. There are articles, many of which are academic or technical, on the geologic and human aspects of the eruption.
