Many people believe that United States is a relatively peaceful place. Japan, also, is quite safe and peaceful. Therefore, most of the participants in the survey have written that democracy and peace in fact, are related.
The government is very flexible in altering itself to satisfy citizens. In that sense, it is easy to say that there is little conflict. On the other hand, the ideals of democracy are wonderful, but the realistic world differs greatly. In that sense, all governments can be able to create peace – the only problem is how the political system is effective in countries.
