Tentative schedule for the day

8:45 arrival; find seats, etc.

9:30 warm-up/combined rehearsal

10:50—12:45  Stage checks

1:00 concert begins

3:45 (approx) concert ends; leave for home

4:30 (approx) Honor choir rehearsal begins

7:00 Honor Choir heads for home.

Important Info as of Feb 3

1. •the program information will be needed by February 26; please send to mtarter@caj.or.jp
   

2. •the locker rooms will be used for changing
   

3. •lunch can be purchased at the food court (bus transportation will be required due to distance) or a sack lunch.
   

4. •There will be 7 sections of risers
   

5. •An upright piano will be available
   

6. •The gym seats about 600 on the bleachers
   

7. •Mark Bruschuk is the facilities/logisitics coordinator for the day.
   

8. •Look for a formal schedule to appear in mid-late February
