MANDATORY REHEARSAL SCHEDULE

Monday, March 8th, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, ISSH (rehearsal with guest conductor)

Thursday, March 11th, 4:30 – 7:00 pm, Yokota (after HS Choral Festival)

return to CAJ by 8:30 PM

Friday, March 12th

3:30—5:30 honor choir warm-up

5:30 pm—small group warm-ups/dress/dinner before concert

7:00 pm—CONCERT Aoba-ku Community Hall

7 min-walk from Ichigao Station on the Denentoshi Line out of Shibuya

9:00 pm—Clean-up

10:00 pm—Lights out in the concert hall

Saturday, March 13—seniors leave for Thailand

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

* You will be present at ALL of the rehearsals listed above. Those not able to attend all rehearsals will be dropped from the choir.

*  You will come with your music learned ahead of time.

*  You are expected to be on time to each rehearsal.

*  Your honor choir music will be in a black folder.

*  You will attend rehearsals with a pencil.

Performance Clothing for the Friday night performance

WOMEN:  Chamber Singer or Choir long dress; dress shoes

MEN:  Tux coat and slacks with tuxedo shirt. Black bow ties and cummerbunds.  Black dress shoes with black socks.
