Cathy Berger Kaye

President of CBK Associates, Cathryn’s expertise spans service learning, 21st century competencies, social and emotional learning, climate and culture, youth engagement and leadership, effective teacher strategies, and environmental sustainability. She is the author of several books including The Complete Guide to Service Learning, Going Blue: A Teen Guide to Saving Our Oceans, Lakes, Rivers & Wetlands and Make a Splash! A Kid’s Guide to Saving Our Oceans, Lakes, Rivers, & Wetlands. Cathryn is the recipient of the Inspirational Spirit Award, Learn & Serve American 2005, and the Seal of Excellence by the Council for Service-Learning Excellence.

Claire Psillides

Claire currently works in Singapore at the United World College Southeast Asia (UWCSEA) where she is the Head of Service and as Head of Environmental Sustainability. Prior to that, Claire taught in several international schools and was the Global Issues Coordinator and MS English Humanities teacher at the International School of Kuala Lumpur. Claire has been appointed as ASIJ’s founding Director of Service Learning and will join us in August.
